NSA faceshield units feature a slotted hard hat with a 10, 12 or 20 cal/cm² (ATPV) rated faceshield systems. These lightweight units have high visible light transmission (VLT) and a chin cup for added protection.
 
Level 2 Arc Flash Protection Clothing allows the worker to be in compliance with Hazard Risk Category 2 (HRC 2) with a minimum arc rating of 8 cal/cm² under the NFPA 70E standard.
Note: An arc-rated balaclava is required with a HRC 2 Faceshield as per NFPA 70E.
