Conventional voltmeters are very good at showing how many volts there are in your electrical system. While this is a good enough indication of your electrical systems operation, a voltmeter is all but useless when you need to know just how much energy is left in your battery.

A Battery Condition Indicator eliminates all the guesswork. The expanded scale accurately displays the battery's usable energy, telling you when to recharge.. even when it's time to replace your battery. A must where one or more batteries are used.

The Faria Battery Condition Indicator is an accurate and inexpensive solution for knowing exactly how much power remains in your battery.
The Faria/Beede Instruments, Inc. has been manufacturing “World Class” Instrumentation in Uncasville, CT for more than 50 years (Established in 1956) and has grown from a company that primarily produced tachometers for the marine and auto industries into a company that today offers a multitude of analog and digital engine monitoring instrumentation to a wide range of global markets.
In the early 1960’s Faria/Beede started producing tachometers with the Ford Motor Company. The first application was for the Comet Rally Pack and the Falcon Sprint. Faria/Beede later designed and developed tachometers for the famed Mustang and Shelby Cobra. Faria/Beede has supplied Volkswagen of America, Chrysler Corp. During this period Faria/Beede was producing more than a million tachometers per year.
By the Late 1970’s Faria/Beede’s customer base expanded to include such equipment manufactures as Caterpillar, Allis Chalmers, International Harvester, Bobcat, etc., etc. Stationary power equipment and Gen-set manufacturers, all who found Faria/Beede instruments to be rugged enough to withstand the most harsh environments.
