Whole grain brown rice syrups are quite healthy and mild, with a buttery flavor and delicate sweetness, which makes it an ideal choice for baking and desserts. In particular, our thick-flowing Oryzose® syrup is available in a variety of appearances from clarified (filtered clear) to un-clarified (lightly filtered amber brown). It is also available in multiple conversion types from D.E. 26 to 68 (including commercially available D.E. 42 and 60). Oryzose® has milder effects on blood sugar balance than honey, maple syrups and corn syrups, as it is digested more slowly and easily. An excellent binding agent in nutrition bars, this liquid sweetener substitute is also ideal in beverages, confectionery, and sports nutrition products.
